Sponsorship Letter
Below is a sample sponsor letter to hand out to local businesses/family members. This is one way to earn money for your child’s season and expenses. Provide the below letter and sponsorship form to businesses. If the business wishes to make a donation, a check should be made out to Joy Roger D4J. It is best that you receive the money personally and put it in an envelope marked with your child’s name, the amount donated the business name, and the signed sponsorship form. Please hand in any sponsor money to the Coach Joy.
IMPORTANT!!!!
10-50% of the money that is sponsored will be credited to your child’s account. Your sponsor will be advertised on our team banner, our team sponsor t-shirt, and on our Dancin’ 4 Joy websites. If your sponsor is a family member their name will be advertised. Any money taken from a child’s sponsorship will be used towards your child’s account, advertisement, banners and sponsor t-shirts.
*Also note that we are not a non-profit corporation, so please don’t give this assumption. Sponsors may write off the sponsorship as an advertising expense, not a charitable donation. Good Luck!

Sponsorship Form
We would like to thank all our sponsors who help many talented children achieve heir dreams. You have the choice of sponsoring a specific child or the organization. Your money will be used to pay tuition, team building activities, competitions, and supplies. You may write off your sponsorship as advertising expense not a charitable donation. Here are the different sponsorship available:
$20.00 - $49.00: Your business or personal name will appear on our sponsorship t-shirt.
$50.00 - $149.00: Your business or personal name will appear on our sponsorship t-shirt, on our team banner, and on our website.
$150.00 and up: Your business or personal name, address, phone number and a direct link to your website will be placed on our website and on our team banner for competitions. Also your logo will be placed on our t-shirts.
